We offer a free return policy within 30 days after your purchase on all unworn regular-priced item(s). Orage is committed to selling new high-quality products. Items must therefore be returned in their original condition with the tags attached to them. No exceptions. 1-Click here to get a prepaid return label for the selected item(s) (if applicable). 2-Re-pack your package using the original or a similar package. 3-Print and put the return label on the package. If you are using the original package, make sure to cover the original shipping label. 4-If you can’t find your return label in your inbox, please check your spam folder. 5-Ship your return package. Find the closest UPS drop off or request a pick up. Note that pick up fees are on you. 6-Get your refund. Once your package is received, please allow us 5-10 business days to proceed with the refund. You’ll get a confirmation by email once it is done.
We are doing our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to be processed by the warehouse. Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday (between 9AM and 5PM). Parcels shipped within Quebec normally take 1-3 business. For the rest of Canada and the US, orders will normally take 3 to 5 days to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking number for more information.
