Full Time Sales Associate
LOCATION: LE CHALET BOUTIQUE, MONTREAL, QC
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Full Time Sales Associate to join our team at Peppermint Cycling and Orage. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our outdoor retail environment while ensuring the store operates efficiently. If you have a passion for outdoor activities and enjoy helping customers find the right gear for their adventures, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Operations Management: Ensure the store operates efficiently and meets customer service standards. This includes scheduling, cash management, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining overall store organization.
In-Store Customer Service: Ensure customers receive exceptional service. This may involve resolving customer issues, answering their questions, and handling product returns or exchanges.
E-commerce Customer Service: Manage phone calls, emails, online messages, and live chats to assist customers with their questions, concerns, and order-related issues, returns, etc.
Sales Targets Achievement: Set sales targets for the store and implement strategies to achieve them. This may involve promoting products, implementing customer loyalty programs, and training staff in sales techniques.
Event Planning and Organization: Design, plan, and implement special in-store events to attract customers, such as promotions, flash sales, special member days, product launches, product demonstrations, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates autonomy and initiative
Team player and motivated
Previous experience in retail sales
Good understanding of customer
service
Flexibility to work variable hours including weekends or based on store demand
Written and verbal communication skills, in English and French
Passionate about skiing and cycling
