In-Store Sales & Events Coordinator (Chamonix)
LOCATION: LE CHALET BOUTIQUE, CHAMONIX, QC

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate and experienced cyclist to join our team as a salesperson. If you are passionate about cycling, skilled in sales, and have strong communication abilities, this position is for you. In addition to retail sales, you will be responsible for organizing cycling-related events, managing social media, and handling some customer service tasks. As you can see, we are looking for someone versatile, adaptable to different situations, dynamic, and cheerful.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Sales:
  • Greet customers and assist them with their purchases by providing quality service, and make sales by recommending products that meet each customer's needs.<\li>
  • Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale software.<\li>
  • Maintain the cleanliness, restocking, and overall appearance of the store.<\li>

    Customer Service:
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service. This may involve resolving customer issues, answering their questions, and handling product returns or exchanges.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, ambassadors, and collaborators.<\li>
  • Handle returns, exchanges, shipments, and complaints in accordance with established policy..<\li>

    OPPORTUNITIES
    Events:
  • Make suggestions for creating events related to women's cycling. Design, plan, and conduct bike rides in the region to promote the store and strengthen the local cycling community.
    Social media management:
  • -Create and publish engaging and relevant content following the brand's guidelines. Respond to comments, messages, and interact with the online community.

    QUALIFICATIONS
  • Passionate and active cyclist
  • Oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software and social networks.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays. Experiences
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Experience in event planning and social media management is a plus.
