Combien coute la livraison?
Peppermint offre la LIVRAISON GRATUITE pour les commandes canadiennes et américaines d'une valeur supérieure à 150 CAD. Toutes les commandes d'un montant inférieur seront facturées au tarif du transporteur, qui se situe généralement entre 9 et 12 CAD.
Offrez-vous la livraison à l'internationale ?
Nous expédions actuellement au Canada, aux États-Unis et en Europe. Pour toute commande à l'extérieur de l'Amérique du Nord, il y a des frais de livraison de 40$. Peppermint n'est pas responsable des frais d'expédition supplémentaires, de TVA ou de douane à la livraison pour les commandes européennes.
Il manque un article à ma commande. Que dois-je faire ?
It is possible that we have shipped your order in more than one shipment. To verify, please see the shipping confirmation email and packing slip included in the package. The slip will confirm which items you should have received. If you are missing an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your package at We will do our best to find a solution as soon as possible.
Quels sont les délais de livraison ?
Once your order is placed, it will take between 1 to 3 business days to be processed by the warehouse. Parcels shipped within Quebec normally take 1-3 business. For the rest of Canada and the US, orders will normally take 3 to 5 days to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking number for more information. During sale periods, shipping might take longer to be processed by the warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once it ships.
Comment puis-je modifier ma commande ?
Nous ne pouvons pas modifier une commande une fois qu'elle est passée. Si vous devez annuler ou mettre à jour votre adresse de livraison, veuillez contacter notre service client par chat ou par email à le plus rapidement possible.
Comment puis-je annuler ma commande ?
Veuillez nous contacter par chat via notre site Web. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour annuler votre commande avant son expédition. J'ai fait une erreur dans mon adresse de livraison, comment puis-je la changer ?
Please reach out to us at with the correct shipping information. We will do our best to update your shipping address before the parcel leaves the warehouse. If for some reason we weren’t able to update your address before it ships, it is your responsibility to contact UPS to change the delivery and return the package to sender if needed. We are not responsible for the lost package when the address entered is incorrect. Note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Quelle est votre politique de garantie ?
Tous les produits de Peppermint cycling sont garantis 1 an. Si votre produit présente une faiblesse, nous offrons un service de réparation. Écrivez-nous à en joignant des photos de votre produit et une preuve d'achat et nous verrons ce que nous pouvons faire pour le remettre en état.
J'ai reçu un article endommagé, comment puis-je le retourner ?
Chaque produit est soumis à un contrôle qualité rigoureux. Cela n'aurait pas dû arriver. Veuillez nous envoyer une photo de l'article défectueux à avec votre numéro de commande et nous nous chargerons de remplacer l'article.
Offrez-vous un remplacement en cas d'accident ?
We are sorry if you had an accident on the road or during training. We understand that sometimes an accident is unavoidable. If you had an accident with your Peppermint apparel, please send us photos at and we will offer you a 40% discount on the regular price of the item if it is still in stock or a similar item if it’s no longer available. The crash replacement offer is only valid on products still covered by our 1 year warranty.

Quelle est votre politique de retour ?
We offer a free return policy within 30 days after your purchase on all unworn regular-priced item(s). Peppermint is committed to selling new high-quality products. Items must therefore be returned in their original condition with the tags attached to them. No exceptions. If you are unsure whether the product you are returning is no longer considered new, please contact us at before proceeding with the return. How can I exchange products?
We currently can’t process exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it. Please refer to the refund section for more detailed information.
When will I receive my refund after returning items?
Please allow us 5 business days to refund your order once it’s received at the warehouse.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased from a retailer?
You may contact the retailer directly. Each store has a different return policy. We do not handle returns of products purchased from one of our retailers.

Products and Inventory

Why am I unable to select an item to put in my basket?
The item is out of stock in the selected color and size. We will not receive more stock for this item.
The preorder item I want is currently unavailable, when will you receive more stock?
If all the preorders for the selected color and size are sold, the item will no longer be available for this season. We will not receive more stock.
An item I recently purchased is now on sale. Am I entitled to a price adjustment?
If a regular-priced item goes on sale within 14 days of ordering, we can gladly offer you the difference in the form of a Peppermint Cycling gift card to use on your next purchase! To request a price adjustment, contact our customer service at with your order number. To be eligible for a price adjustment, your purchase must meet the following criterias:

1. You originally purchased the item at full-price within the last 14 days
2. The item is still in-stock and available to purchase online Not valid on first-time customer offers or targeted offers. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
