We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Full Time Sales Associate to join our team at Peppermint Cycling and Orage. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our outdoor retail environment while ensuring the store operates efficiently. If you have a passion for outdoor activities and enjoy helping customers find the right gear for their adventures, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSABILITÉS
Gestion des opérations quotidiennes : Ensure the store operates efficiently and meets customer service standards. This includes scheduling, cash management, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining overall store organization.
Service client en boutique : Ensure customers receive exceptional service. This may involve resolving customer issues, answering their questions, and handling product returns or exchanges.
Service client E-commerce : Manage phone calls, emails, online messages, and live chats to assist customers with their questions, concerns, and order-related issues, returns, etc.
Sales Targets Achievement: Set sales targets for the store and implement strategies to achieve them. This may involve promoting products, implementing customer loyalty programs, and training staff in sales techniques.
Event Planning and Organization: Design, plan, and implement special in-store events to attract customers, such as promotions, flash sales, special member days, product launches, product demonstrations, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fait preuve d’autonomie et d'initiative
Esprit d’équipe et motivée
Expérience antérieure dans la vente au détail
Good understanding of customer
service
Flexibilité pour travailler des heures variables, y compris les week-ends ou en fonction de la demande du magasi
Compétences en communication écrite et orale, en anglais et en français
